Workers were rude. Food took an hour and no biscuits because their oven was broken.

The outside of the chicken was cooked too much, but thank goodness it didn't dry out the chicken. The 4 sides were not what the picture was showing, so I was disappointed. I'm glad that they finally had a promotion that was reasonably because I think some of the prices are too high.

Went to pick up for door dash at 6pm. Lobby Doors were locked at had a long drive thru . Stop accepting door dash orders if we aren't able to get

Bought a 6pcs meal deal they had and all I got was dark meat and Bought extra biscuits but wasn't given too.. if you order take longer to get I advise you to look through it before leaving the place.

Walked in with Family 3pm Friday Feb 16 . Place had not one customer in the store. Was told by the guy working or leaning against the counter in the front that it's order by kiosk only . Due to short staff . 3 cars in parking lot, all workers. Received our order then an older gentleman a veteran came into the store. He was rudley turned toward the kiosk workers not busy at all . The old man asked 6 times how do I pay with cash here no one answered . Completely ignored and disrespected. Guy in flannel jacket not representing KFC at all) The old man walked out and drove off . This guy is completely disrespectful and I will not be eating at this location again . Oh the best part my wife ordered a chocolate cake with our meal she went to eat it and I was frozen solid . I mean what do you do .
