Ups N' Downs Pub - Sarnia

We love this restaurant! The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. My go-to dish is the crab and shrimp melt - so delicious!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite, and a certain employee handling Covid protocols seems to disregard customer safety. We will make note of businesses that prioritize medical privacy and those that do not. Unfortunately, our experience at Ups and Downs was disappointing.

We brought our group to Up and Down on a Saturday night, but they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate all of us in the available room. They only allowed half of our group to enter and refused to serve the other half, so we ended up going to a nearby restaurant called Bad Dog that welcomed our entire group of 20 people. It was disappointing to experience such rude treatment from the staff at Up and Down, especially considering how important it is for local businesses to support their customers. Thank you, Bad Dog, for providing us with a great experience despite the initial inconvenience.

What a wonderful surprise, their gluten-free menu is great. So many options on article I've been like Celiac for over 23 years. Hard time to decide, the broken fish and chips had two pieces. Oh my huge broken fish with frits and... Coleslaw, could hardly finish. There were burgers, shepherd cakes and many other gluten-free options. A separate fryer for gluten-free use. Great place, wonderful service with ingenious gluten-free options.
