Sarnia food awards 2014 winner best fried chicken best and only fried gizzards I made these awards up but they SHOULD win these. The review would be

Decor is that of a biker barNot a nice atmosphereThat being said I keep going back because this place has the best fried chicken in the city.

Be aware that not all bartenders are looking out for your best interests if you've had a couple of drinks.

This place wasn't bad, it did not meet my expectations though. I was led to believe they had the same food as chicken in the rough in port Huron and was disappointed.However that's not to say they were bad at all, the food is quite good as is the service, I was just expecting something else. Nice little place to go in the north end if you're looking for a break from the exact same thing all the time!

I have eaten here before and had the "Chicken-in-the-Rough" which has always been good. I decided to have the "smothered chicken". While the chicken breast was very tasty (coated and deep fried) the shoestring fries with the gravy was irresistible. There was this huge mound of fries which my mind said was too much but my taste buds kept saying more and I finished all of them. So did my friend with his pickeral fingers who also finished every last shoestring fry. Of course to say I had a healthy meal I had a side garden salad which actually had more than some lettuce including cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. Service was quick and efficient and Tiffany our server was pleasant and fun to talk to. If you are looking for a quick meal after a tiring game of golf you won't go wrong dining here.
