Our servers were knowledgeable, polite, and, most importantly, cheerful. And the food? One word: unbelievable. We started with the French onion soup and mussels, followed by the incredible filet mignon and lamb chop. To top it all off, we had the best chocolate lava cake I've ever tasted—it was just incredible. The potatoes served with our meal were also the best I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in Sarnia looking for an exceptional dining experience.

We recently dined at St Aubin and absolutely enjoyed our meal. The vegetables were cooked just right, not overdone at all. The horseradish sauce for my dish was smooth and flavorful, and my friend's lamb was cooked to perfection! The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, providing a pleasant and timely experience. Everything was just right. The pianist was fantastic—we could have listened to him for hours! Well done, St Aubin. We will definitely be back!

The food, service, and location are all excellent. It is on the pricier side, but you definitely get value for your money.

This was absolutely incredible. Authentic European experience, nothing was rushed, Parisien music in the background, food was incredible and our server, Chris, was fantastic and knowledgeable. The owner Marcel even played a song for us at the end of our meal. This was my first time coming here and it will not be the last. Unbelievable.
