Pisco - Saratoga

Horribly understaffed! Our waiter was probable a good one but we really didn’t get to find out. He had at least seven other tables , and 25 other diners he was waiting on. Our cocktails came about 10 minutes after we received our food. The ceviche was good. The pork was dry and about as tough as jerky. It took at least 25 minutes to get our check after our meal was done. We were about to get up and leave without paying. I’m not sure they would have noticed! Too many excellent restaurants in Mountain View to bother to try this one again.

Our server was very attentive and friendly. The Pisco Classic was delicious. The food was good but my husbands braised ribs were over cooked. It’s a nice place to dine.

The appetizers were fantastic. The paella was probably the best I have had and the cocktails were perfect. It was also a great value and we got our food served quickly.

Very good food, and efficient service! The decor is very nice.

Ambience is just okay but the food and drinks were delicious. Great place for a casual delicious meal
