Viet Deli - Saratoga Springs

WOW. Wasn't sure what to expect, was blown away. Pho was excellent, but when I saw their Vietnamese sandwiches I couldn't resist. Now I'll be dreaming for weeks about the honey-glazed ham/pork sandwich on a toasted hoagie roll. Sandwich made with FRESH crunchy pickled cucumber, FRESH veggies, very tasty unusually seasoned pork, just enough hotness (my wife got hers non-spicy .... (Subway, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. THIS is what a sandwich should taste like!

I got food poisoning from the dinner last night. It's been upset since 15 min. After eating there.

Great place for Pho, noodle bowls, and our favorite, their sweet and sour chicken! The owner/staff are super nice and it has a relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're from California, we have pretty high standards when it comes to Pho. This came very very very close to a San Jose Northern Cali pho. What we ordered: 1 Taro or Ube Boba with blk boba 1 Cantelope Boba, blended Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp, side of housemade peanut sauce. Steak, Beef Ball Brisket Pho x 3 Bowls- descent portion, the broth was a little darker than we are used to. We added the usual fixin of bean sprouts, basil leaves, hoisin sauce and sriracha. We will definitely return to try more of their menu items. Reminded us of home.
