Subway - Saratoga Springs

I have made my sandwich to order (natural), even with some strange specials. kinder manager. I also looked nice to his employees.

This store is a hot mess of organization. There is no manager leading or guiding their team. Every time I go in there is just chaos. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pull it together or they are going to loose customers in this region. I’ve tried giving this store multiple chances to get it together and it always falls short. I’ll just take my business to Jersey Mikes who has their orders and staff functioning and clean.It’s not hard to make a sandwich ??‍??‍

I was so excited to go to Subway for dinner but when I arrived at 7:32 PM on November 18th 2021 the door was locked and had a sign that stated they closed at 8:00 PM. That's a whole 28 minutes early! If you are closed because of shortage of staffing at least change your sign if you are going to LEAVE EARLY. Very unprofessional. I was pretty disappointed because I was very tired and didn't feel up to cooking dinner. I hope you can keep this store staffed because it seems you have a difficult time keeping your employees, employee appreciation and respect goes a long way.

Showed up at 9:15, 45 mins before closing, and the doors were locked. I called and asked when they were closing and was told they were closing soon I told them I was in the parking lot and that the doors were locked. I was was then told oh, we're closing early for training Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Not cool.

They really need to fix the drive through speaker so people in the car can hear. The associate was polite and patient with me but I probably will only give them one more chance to fix the speaker else I won't go back. The food was what you would expect from Subway.
