Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We called in an order and we're told the price online is the same as in the store. Entire order should have been $24. Get into the store and the total is double that and we are told that online prices aren't honored in store. Final quoted price was $50. What a joke to be told one thing over the phone and then told it won't be honored.

We ordered in advance showed up to pick it up and waited for a half hour past the time the order was supposed to be ready. We get it if they are busy, but the workers friends were in there so they were busy visiting while they prepped the order. Even worse was after we waited for quite some time someone else came in and threw a fit and they pulled their ticket and put them to the front of the line. So I guess we have to be a jerk to get our order on time. Very disappointed in the service.

I'm a long time fan of Papa Murphy's Pizza. They always use quality ingredients. This location has efficient workers and the company's deals are good.The one con is that ordering food in person requires that you put in your phone number to get points, and I always forget that. No reason to take a star away, but it seems like they should offer a second way to earn points, like a system that remembers your credit card is attached to your account.
