Tijuana Flats - Sarasota

I think we found our place for Mexican food! we stayed there on the way to home from sarasota looking for something fast. not to know that it would also be delicious! we sat outside, there was a nice brise, so it was good. but they also have inside seats. the place is very colorful decorated. it's a funny ambiente. Look at it if you don't already have it. they have special on Tuesday and Thursday. also for the 25-year anniversary they have between 2-5 o'clock each day. they must go inside to order and pay for their food and they will bring it to their table. the customer service was great....5 stars for that alone!

Great place for fresh Mexicans! Get chips and salsa away! Great value and very fresh. Drinking in Pic is for size reference.

I would have given him 5 stars that they forgot the sour cream on chicken echiladas. the best part is the chips and queso. her cheese sauce tastes a lot like Nacho cheese doritos, but remember how much you like on the chips it is great. the restaurant is fast eating and the music is a bit loud and is aimed at millennials playing alternative rock with an occasional rap song. in any case it is worth checking!

The place is a little tight and wasn't what I expected. That means we were there for a school fund and it was obviously undermined to manage a planned event. We never ordered food because the waiting period was 45 minutes. Hopefully we have another opportunity and this time is better planned by the institution.

Tijuana Bla'se.....I don't know what happen to this location! 12:45pm on a Sunday- all but 3 hot sauces missing. (Was told they didn't have any other offerings) and of the 3, 1 was empty and the other two were way too hot to eat. Hooray for bland food! Staff seemed disinterested in being there and could care less. This location used to be fun, upbeat and well stocked. Go somewhere else for a Sunday lunch!
