Spearfish Grille - Sarasota

We ended up coming here after doing a Fun Boat tour.My wife got grouper fish and chips and I got the blackened hogfish dinner. Both were pretty good. Main critique is it seemed like both fish dishes were SLIGHTLY overcooked and my hogfish could have used a little more blackening seasoning. Honestly cooking fish is very easy to overcook and seasoning is a personal preference so not a huge deal. Would I eat here again? Yeah I think so! I would probably give the fish tacos and sushi nachos a try next time as they looked very good.Prices are going to be a little higher because they source much of the seafood locally which I highly respect and I knew going in that would be the case. However, prices really weren't much higher than other seafood places and you got a good amount of food. (For reference our dinner plates were both about $35 market price summer 2023).Parking: Paid parking is available but pricey $8 /hr I think. Street parking is free.

Stopped here after a day on the beach before our drive home. Very casual and really great, fresh food. Does not have full bar but has bottled/ canned alcohol drinks and great sweet tea! Food was fantastic. Fish changes based on what they caught. I definitely recommend the hogfish if available. The roasted oysters were very good too. Definitely worth a stop if you in the area.

This was our 2nd trip to Spearfish. Nice outside dining spot on Siesta Key. Food off the menu is OK. Avoid the SPECIALS as being overpriced. Live Entertainment if that is your choice. We had a couple of Shrimp items off the menu. Came out fine. Great service. The unexpected shock was a 4% credit card fee. Dinner was just under $70.00....not sure when I 'll be back, if ever.

Cool vibes, great eats! We enjoyed lettuce wrap grouper tacos yes they offer GF option), kids Max Cheese with seasoned fries. All excellent! Only thing we were a fan of were the grilled shrimp, but this was just preference, loads love this new app feature! Plus live music is fun! A bit hot in July outside but there are fans!Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu with a bit of variety- not just typical offerings even when ordering Mac Cheese not store bought at all!

Fabulous restaurant experience! Went to Spear Fish Siesta Grill tonight and WOW!!! Loved it completely! The food was amazing! Had the hogfish and the street corn…delish!!! Adriana and Brielle were amazing! So friendly and just loved what they do and where they were. The live music was familiar with a custom spin and we enjoyed every single song. We heard that they have a green egg set up Thursday-Sunday and live music every night, I think 6:30-9:30. We thought of at least 4 other couples that we would want to take there. We will be going back for sure and recommend it highly!!!!
