Siesta Key Rum - Sarasota

Had an amazing time and the staff were all very knowledgeable and kind! The rum is so good we just made an hour and half trip to total wine in Maryland to buy some for ourselves and gifts for friends! :

Went to Siesta Key Rum tour. It was enlightening!The tastings was great. Just enough for a real taste not too much.

Great way to start a roadtrip to Sarasota! The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and good hosts; the tour was fun and to the point, and the rums tasted so good... I recommend the coffee and coconut flakes flavors. We'll come back to get the different rum cake versions!

This place is OVER THE TOP amazing!!! We had friends down from St Pete this weekend and since we have never been, we decided it would be a great weekend stop. This place blew us away with the quality and taste of the rums as well as the employees who you will want to befriend. We started out with little tastings (after they checked 100% of everyone 's id, regardless of age! Very nice!! and then moved on to the little tiki bar in the back where we each purchased the most amazing cocktails to sip on while we enjoyed the tour. The tour is basically high top tables where you have 3 different employees describe the history, the process of making the rum and the speciality rums they make. Afterwards, we visited the little bar again and bought rum to take home.We all loved the shaken Pina Colada and purchased the toasted coconut rum to take home. Once you taste the natural flavors, it is no wonder they have won so many awards with it.Our bottle that was purchased on Saturday afternoon is almost gone. We just made a pitcher of the shaken Pina Colada (recipe on their website and may get another bottle to make a pitcher for a pool party this coming weekend. We are in love with this place and now understand why they say the regulars come in. We will be the new regulars! Thank you for an amazing afternoon!!!

This is a fantastic way to spend an hour or so. Our tour guide was awesome at explaining the history of Siesta Key rum and rum making process. Today was day 1 of their on location tasting room bar and it was awesome. Everyone here is super friendly, like family.
