Ridley's Porch - Sarasota

I ordered a cob salad with grilled chicken, but the chicken was definitely from a pre-packaged source, served cold in tiny, unappetizing white cubes. It was probably the worst cob salad I've had in ages. My husband ordered a steak, which arrived overcooked (burnt) alongside two small grilled tomatoes. The presentation was far from what you'd expect at the Ritz. The highlight was the iced water they served, but they brought it in a glass full of ice, and the water itself was lukewarm. Service was lacking; no one checked on us, and we had to wait quite a while for our wine. The only reason we're giving a star at all is because the valet staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself wasn't clean; the tables were sticky, making it uncomfortable. In the end, we spent nearly $300 on what felt like junk food and poor service, including tip. We definitely won’t be returning.

It is ONLY MEMEVERS CLUB! SHOULD NOT PUT THIS RESTAURANT ON THE MAP. WHY?

First time going Marisa and Danny were both very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife. Both of them were great conversationalist. The vibe was great. We had Kyra working with us with our food and drinks and she was absolutely phenomenal. Kyra, Marisa, and Danny definitely made the experience worthwhile. Even when it started raining Kyra was so attentive and accommodating, she made amazing recommendations for the food as well. Would definitely recommend and if you go make sure to speak with Danny or Marisa, why not both? Definitely request for Kyra if you can she’s awesome! To be honest the whole staff was awesome! Nothing but good things to say about the staffing team!

The food at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club restaurant is fantastic. The sandwiches and salads are delicious, and the French fries are wonderfully crisp and flavorful.
