Bidrage med feedbackI tried to order over the phone for a carry out at 11:05am on 10/23. The first time I was immediately hung up on. The second, 3rd and 4th the person listened but said nothing. The 5th time I called as I was walking to the restaurant to watch the little creep playing games. I asked him what his problem was? He said the phones were broke. Then why try to answer them? He also said he couldn't help me until all of the other peoples orders were done. There was nobody else there and the place just opened. Get vermin like this away from your food. Management and Owners this dirty teenager is costing you money.
I was the only customer in the restaurant waiting to pick up my pizza, but I had to endure a 15-minute wait as the staff constantly walked by me, promising to assist me soon. I could hear a conversation happening in the back of the restaurant.
The local manager at Pizza Hut is probably the best. They are nice and handle any mistakes well. The staff follows good direction and keeps up the good work.
The stuffed crust pizza with tomatoes is delicious! So are the cheese sticks with awesome marinara sauce. I always get delivery through the app. Delivery has been either quick or on time. I just don't like having to pay the extra money for delivery plus tips. So far, I once had an issue ordering through the app had to call the store. The young employee with an accent lied to me overcharged me. He even refused to get the manager when I asked. The stuffed crust was supposedly not available. So I got a double order of cheese sticks, which we're almost cold packed the robust flavor it normally has. I reported this employee by the way.
My order was on time in fact they were putting my pizza in the box when I got there. It tasted delicious.
