Keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant in a mall. So if you are looking for an expensive gourmet meal, continue on through the mall to Seasons 52 or Capitol Grill. That being said, my husband and I occasionally visit this restaurant on a Friday night when we don't feel like getting dressed up or cooking. We have never had bad food here. I always order the Firecracker Mongolian Chicken and a side of green beans. Honestly, the chicken is fine and the green beans are my favorite green beans of all time. Freda, the manager or maybe owner) is always there, greets us happily with a smile, and I think) makes sure our portions are large. She seems to truly appreciate the business.

This place is absolutely terrible the sesame chicken was so soggy and floppy even grandmas tittys couldn't compete, the noodles were so overcooked it reminded me of my uncles floppy penis and he has erectile disfunction. Don't even get me started with the aunt Jemima looking a b behind the counter. SHE WAS RUDE ASF. Talkin about can you read the signs when I asked what type of chicken I was pointing to. Her black a needs to be fired or WHIPPED one of the 2. You couldn't even pay me to come eat this horse s again. I think I'd rather be a black male in the 1800's than step foot in here ever again

The food is truly one star here however the woman working was super nice and accommodating so I feel like she deserved another star. I ordered something very basic. Fried rice, lo mein, and chicken with broccoli, three of the easiest Chinese American dishes there are. I took one bite of the fried rice and it legitimately tasted like cardboard. I had to go up and ask the lady for some bourbon sauce to flavor it up. She's graciously gave me a small cup of sauce that I poured on my Rice and noodles. My friend was with me and as soon as she took a bite she said the exact same thing. I was by no means expecting a five-star Chinese meal in the mall, but it at least could have been edible. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Closed by dinner time and Managers are allowing them to close up to 30 minutes early as you 'll see others complain about as well typical I don 't want to be here business practice we see at food chains with poor management. I hope their store owners are okay with giving away 30 mins free payroll per person each day, idk, bad business practice Edit: initially during my review they closed at 8 and were closing more than 30 minutes early, they 've now changed their hours and close 'at 6 ' I will update my review to reflect whether I was correct in that the employees were closing early out of end of shift laziness rather than an excuse of 8pm being late By all means 6pm automatically rules them out for dinner but at least there won 't be an excuse to disappoint customers

Food was delicious The service was fast and why are people giving one star ratings when they say the food is great but the place didn't open fast enough.
