However, when I inquired about it, the staff member told me it’s only available online, even though the flyer clearly states otherwise. He refused to honor the deal. Unfortunately, this place often has poor service and serves old, hard food.
It's not typical for pizza delivery services to refuse cash, and many older individuals may not trust banks or know how to navigate online ordering instead of just making a phone call. I was assisting him with the online process, but he was unaware that he needed a debit card. It's important not to assume that everyone understands the process right away. A little patience could have made this situation much smoother.
All the employees I've dealt with at this location are very polite, attentive, and professional. I come here once a week because of how good of a job the employees do. They do a great job cooking too. The food is always fresh and taste great!
Usually call in a pizza ever so often and usually have problems with no one picking up or endless waiting on hold like they forgot they had a call, recently Spent 18+ minutes on hold and had the time to unearth my forgetten Little Cesar's app update a replaced payment card, reset the password, and relearn how to use it while on hold for 8 minutes of the 18, I have a bias at the moment since I'm angry but it just reminds me of other experiences, good pizza though. If you choose this one to go to just go in and wait 15+ minutes for anything but cheese and pepperoni or download the app, do not call
All the staff I treated in this place are very polite, attentive and professional. I come here once a week because how good the employees work. They also make a great job cooking. The food is always fresh and tastes great!
