The restaurant is clean and bright, with comfortable seating and plenty of space between tables. Heather, our server, was very informed about various nutritional requirements and could configure our selections to meet these needs. the food was delicious and came in generous portions. the service during the meal was attentive, but not transmitted, and the prices were quite reasonable. combine all this with the convenient location inside city and parking above, and it leads to a very successful company.

They love their diverse selection of vegan and veggie options and the use of fresh and many organic products. however, it was disappointed that they would use a processed (with soy, no less) vegan burger. I was hoping a nice homemade patty. fortunately I asked before the order. I hope you will work on it. Thank you. phyllis myers

We were pleased with our first visit with you new menu. I believe the kitchen was a little backed up at a busy time. Not sure why. We will return.

We had a 6:15 reservation and were seated immediately. The waiter came promptly to take our drink and food orders. We told him that we needed to be out by 7:45 to make a show. At 7:15, we called the manager to say that we had been there for 1 hour and had not received our food. At 7:30 our order was delivered to the table. I ordered their signature burger Medium Well. I received it RARE. I sent it back! Someone at the table shared some of their food with me. When the checks came, I was given a check for my Diet Coke...someone at my table took the check and ripped it up. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I'm told by those at my table who were eating that their food was mediocre.

We were impressed the moment we walked in color scheme, decorations, ambiance all impressive. Our waitress was skilled and very hospitable and able to answer all of our questions about menu items with ease. The food was excellent we were especially pleased to see (we are vegans) that they have gone to the trouble to indicate on the menu if an item is Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten free. The vegan options we sampled left us eager to come back and try others. All six of our party were very pleased with our entire dining experience. Can't wait to go back to YTK.
