They have the best pizza in Florida which obviously means they have the best pizza in Sarasota. They have been making their sauce and dough and everything else from scratch from fresh ingredients using the same recipes that their family came up with 100 years ago and that is what makes them so amazing

It’s not a 5 star review. It’s a message to the owners. I’m running restaurants for the past 15 years and I know how much 1 star review can hurt the business… Here is the story Ordered pizza from you 4 times so far, every time it was amazing, food is great ! We always order at 8:45 PM since we like to eat late (with my wife) 3 times out of 4 was no problem ordering, we usually pick it up at 8:55 since it takes you about 10 min to make it. This Monday I called at 8:45 and employee named “Taco” said it’s too late to order pick up. I told him we did it before and was ok, plus you are still open till 9 so what’s the problem. He said it’s not going to happen, I thanked him and asked for his name, at 8:50 called “patellini pizza” and they were happy to take my order. Not as good pizza but cheaper and worth the money, plus I always chose service over food. As a restaurant manager I believe you should know it, your food is great and hopefully it was off night for one of your employees but I’ll not be coming back

Best pizza I've found in Florida for thin crust, semi-new York Pizza

The go to pizza place for our family since 2000 when not making our own. Shout out to Jose as he keeps it ‘thin for the win’’ at the mainstreet location. Fresh whole pie is the way to go or you can try by the slice to explore combinations and they can be a touch crispier. This is a thin crispy crust pizza with a hint of aged cheese flavor from the slight sourness of the dough. Not the place if you like thick crust, Chicago or grease ‘down the elbow’ pizza.
