Food+beer Sarasota

I don't watch sports, but if I did this would be the place. LOTS of TVs. Food never disappoints. Mixed drinks are always good. FYI You will need help finishing the nachos! Staff are always friendly and food comes out fast. My wife loves the fried pickles.Food: 5/5

Went here on a Friday, early evening. Full inside, so we sat outside. Service was ok attentive at first but food took a bit to come out and then took a bit to get check once we were finished. Food didn’t come out at the same time, which we rolled with. Food itself was tasty but not as good as the Bradenton location. Would return, but would hope for better experience overall.

I recently visited FOOD BEER and had an amazing experience! The fried pickles were the best I've ever had. I also tried the Kona blue burger, which was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Surprisingly delicious food for a strip mall restaurant! We had no expectations, but the menu had a wide variety of options that looked appetizing. We decided to order multiple appetizers and were not disappointed. The roasted brussel sprouts cooked in bacon fat were incredibly rich and flavorful. The cauliflower buffalo wings were crispy and tasty, and the truffle fries had a delightful aroma. Despite being on the indulgent side, the dishes paired perfectly with a flight of beers, especially a Calusa beer that we really enjoyed. I am looking forward to returning to try more dishes in the future!

I went to Food+Beer Sarasota for lunch on a late Friday afternoon. It was my first time there and I found the restaurant to be nice, well laid-out, and spacious. I was able to choose my table and the waitress promptly brought me the menu and took my drink order. The menu had a good variety of options, ensuring that everyone can find something they like. I ended up ordering the Meat+Potatoes dish, cooked well-done. It was served in a timely manner and was cooked perfectly. The 8oz. center cut sirloin was coated in a truffle butter with diced scallions and was placed on top of butter truffle parmesan fries, creating a delicious and flavorful combination. The sirloin was tasty and satisfying. The overall lunch experience was great and the service was excellent. Parking was convenient, located right in front of the restaurant. Food+Beer Sarasota is situated at the Sarasota Town Center shopping center on Fruitville Road near Honore Avenue, with easy access to I-75.
