Demetrios Pizza Grill - Sarasota

Love this place! Parker gave us great service. Toasted Ravioli's were delicious. We came for the pizza, and were surprised by the variety of dishes. Pizza was amazing! Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the food there and the atmosphere. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. I had one of the best gyros I had in a long time

I ordered a May Tai/Rum Runner and it wasn't much to write home. The wind was tender and tasteful. The salad was okay. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka add chicken and it was okay. My husband ordered the special pizza and he said it was just okay. I'm glad we tried, but it wasn't a place where we're likely to return.

Mother's Day Nightmare started with an hour wait to order , flat soda, freezer burnt overcooked cheese sticks and tasteless food.No care from the waitress but A complaint to mgmt that was respected. A trip to our pediatrician because my kids haven't stop crying from stomach cramps(it's Wed. Now), A call to the owner who took no responsibility of it and didn't know how to make it better . Ended with a request for them to at least check inventory and clean so no other family will suffer like we have.

Cannot express how amazing everything was. From the minute we walked in the service was great! My husband and I were seated immediately. We got the peel n eat gulf shrimp for the appetizer. SUPERB!! The seasoning was amazing. My husband got a calzone and I got the pasta entree. He states his calzone was so good and flavorful. It had just the right amount of crisp/crunch on the outside. My pasta was phenomenal. I am not one to eat a lot of pasta. I got the shells with meat sauce with meatballs. It came with a side salad and garlic bread. The pasta was amazing. I have never had such an amazing dish before. The sauce was so unique. The meatballs were so moist and tender. Wasn't packed full of Italian seasoned which I have ran into with other places. These were one of a kind. And the bread. Oh my gosh. I could eat it all day long! Everything was priced right. No complaints. Drinks were always refilled before we were finished with them and even gave us to go drinks. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants. Will definitely be back!
