If I could give no stars, I would. I placed my curbside order and realized when I got home that part of my order was missing. When I called and spoke with the manager about getting refund for items that were not received, she stated that they do not dorefunds that she would only be able to give me points on my app for a future order or she could take my name down and I couldcome back to that store to receive a complimentary item to replace the ones not given in my order, which means I would have togo back there on another day and hope someone knows who I am to get it. The staff that brought my food out was very nice andpleasant, but I can definitely say the manager was not! Not only did I not get my money back for the missing items but I neverreceived any points on my app to replace the items that I didn't receive, which leads me to believe that she just didn't want todeal with the issue at the time I called.

It's Chick-fil-A what more do I need to say!? The staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh and unlike other fast food chains they don't make a big deal about giving an extra sauce.

This location needs to step the chicken quality way up cause you?re giving your franchise a bad name. The chicken, each and every form of it here is noticeably less quality than other locations; much less tender, less hot too. With how fast the foodcomes out here this lead me to believe you aren?t cooking it for long enough. It?s such a noticeable difference specifically atthis location that ill happily drive 10 minutes to any other location that?s been established for awhile, and that?s reallyannoying because this is the closest one too me. People will wait the extra minute or 2 for your food to be of standard Ipromise. This owner and managers should take some tips from the Fruitville location. Their sandwiches and chicken are alwaysfresh and tender .. this locations never are. It?s honestly gross

First time having Chick-fil-A in Florida. Food was hot and delicious. Went around 8:35 PM and it wasn't packed and our food was delivered fast. Workers weren't overly enthusiastic which was a nice change.

This morning I drove 7 to 10 miles to get a hot meal from chick fil a and I was disappointed. I order a spicy deluxe combo. I received a box of a cold and saggy and under cooked fries and the deluxe sandwich was cold as well. Please, make sure the foodsyou guys serve at this location are hot foods. Please.
