Probably the worst location for the entire brand. I ordered a plain vanilla milkshake over 10 mins ago and have yet to receive it. They aren?t busy, and a few are just standing my around doing nothing while waiting for someone to come in

Food is the same as usual, but good still. Used the drive thru. 1 st employee we encountered was great, took our order and sent us to the next person who was also nice, fast and moved us along quickly after paying. When it came time to pick up ourfood, the girl running back and forth to each car came to ask us our name and ran back to the man expediting the food from thekitchen to the window. She proceeded to go to about 4 cars behind our and bring everyone of them their food first while leavingus sit there. She never did bring it. We finally got to the last point of the drive thru where the man asked my name, I toldhim, and he picked our food right up and handed it to us. It had been sitting there the entire time. Not impressed with thegirl who ignored it to serve everyone behind us first.

Honestly this will be my very last experience w chick fil a in general. There food is severely lacking. Which usually didn?t deter me bc my family likes it and the service has always been good. However, the last few times the service had been horrible.It is a high volume store and I get that but it doesn?t give them the right to be rude and nasty. From the person who took myorder, the person who took my payment and the person who gave me my food all seemed to be very annoyed and unhappy. When Ifinally pulled up to get the food, they gave me the wrong order. I told them it was not mine and the person snatched it backaggressively then proceeded to tell. Me I?d have to wait for my order, which I shouldn?t have but I did. Once I finally receivedmy order I asked for some sauce which seems to annoy the person as well. Then when we pulled over to the Walmart parking lot toeat, the food was cold. Just such an off putting experience for a place people only started going to get a good experience. Thisplace is no better than McDonald?s : honestly Culver?s is a longer of a drive but I?d much rather go to them from here on out.
