Charley's Grilled Subs - Sarasota

We really enjoy this restaurant every time we visit the AMC theater. We always stop by for a Philly cheesesteak, which is absolutely delicious! While the area may not feel particularly safe, it appears to be run by a husband-and-wife team, and the food has consistently been great. I wish them all the best, especially since they're located in a shopping center that has only a couple of active stores, leaving many units empty.

Wow! I was eager to try this restaurant, and I finally made it there today! It was absolutely delicious and lived up to the hype. I had seen on Sarasota Word of Mouth that it was one of the best places to get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The prime rib was tenderly sliced and combined with sautéed paprika and mushrooms, all topped with a creamy, almost saucy white cheese on a soft hoagie roll. It was simply delightful. I can't wait to go back!
