7-eleven - Sarasota

Not very happy with new night workers. Very rude if I don't allow to accept my rewards before he cleared the reward screen. 3 different times this happened. I'll shop there every day. Or use it.

I went to 7 Eleven stores I was very hungry this guy who was behind the counter I think his name was Johnny I remember he said he was off at 6:00. He was very nice to talk to me, I asked him how much the Cuban sandwich was, how much it costs Italian sub-costs. Could you press the Italian sub and was the chicken wing good, generally only to him a lot of questions about the stuff in the branch and he was very upcoming and answer to my question, he made my visit and my grandson visit very pleasant we ended up getting the pizza and it was very delicious very nice guy friendly very respectable I wish it was more customer service like him. His name was Johnny, he also helped us to go the 7-Eleven app way to Johnny good customer service.

Can't a working guy get a somewhat decent piece of pizza . While on break around 1030 today I got two pieces and the pizza tastes like it was sitting out since yesterday

I've been coming to this store for 10 years. I've probably spent over 10000 dollars here over time. I go there because I work late and it's open 24 hours. Employee BERNARD has locked the store at night and told me it's closed multiple times. I walked 30 minutes away to get what I need and on my walk back it's magically open again. He proceeded to cuss me out and tell me the store was closed. I will never spend a dollar again at that store if he isn't fired. As an owner of that store I would be ashamed to have such a negligent employee. As a customer of over 10 years I should be valued more than a sub standard employee.

The staff are always super friendly here, and will remember you if you're a frequent customer! They also have a reliable soda machine.
