Bidrage med feedbackThe service was slow and inaccurate. The cashier seemed to have difficulty speaking English, but eventually got our order right. Two expeditor managers failed to deliver the correct food. Many options on the Freestyle Fountain Coke machine were unavailable, and the ketchup dispenser in the dining room was empty. Overall, very disappointing.
I could only leave a review by choosing a star rating. I visited the restaurant last night and had a negative experience. A boy locked the door of the lobby 10 minutes prior to closing. Inside, a girl was walking around on her phone, appearing to clean tables with a headset on and laughing on her cell phone. When we went to the drive-thru, she had an attitude and was rude about every request we made. She even exclaimed "oh my god" when we added to our order. We decided to pull around to the window to talk to a manager, but the girl said she didn't know where they were and that no one else in the restaurant spoke English. She showed no concern for her behavior, despite being rude and disrespectful to us. We were traveling with children and tried to call customer care, but were placed on hold indefinitely and the store disconnected our call. This was the worst service we have ever experienced and we usually do not complain about service.
