Hardee's - Saraland

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not pay attention to their customers, ignored us at the drive-thru menu board, and became angry when we asked for assistance. After paying, they rudely told us to move forward, showing they only cared about their drive-thru times. Our order was incorrect and they blamed us for their mistake. The food was cold and unappetizing. Overall, this restaurant has really gone downhill. I recommend going elsewhere and not wasting your time or money here. I wish I could give them a negative rating, but I'll have to settle for a one-star review.

When ordering a drink in the drive-thru, they insist on you pulling up before placing your order.
