Bidrage med feedbackWhile our waitress was friendly, she never returned to check on our meals or see if we needed anything else. Additionally, the hostess who greeted us looked unkempt, appearing as if she had just rolled out of bed. She was wearing a tight t-shirt, sandals, and shorts, which didn't seem appropriate for a high-priced restaurant. The female waitstaff also wore very short shorts, and at one point, one of them bent over the table next to us in a way that was not discreet. The male servers wore similarly worn shorts. This place may have been good at one time, but it surely needs some help. I think Gordon Ramsay would have a lot to say about their standards! Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
This was one of the worst restaurant meals my wife and I have ever had, but the place was packed so I'm assuming we're just out of step with Oklahoma (we're from Philly, driving through . We're staying at the Super8 next door and the woman who checked us in recommended it. The meat was bland (and ... bologna?? and the sauce was just added on afterward and was tangy and smoky without being tasty. We agreed that we'd had much better barbecue at the DFW airport a few days ago, though that wasn't very good either. Mystifying that people like this place. Nostalgia? Never been out of Oklahoma? COVID loss of taste? Hard to know. But, again, lots of people like it so there's no accounting for taste.
Our group of 4 went 2 nights ago for dinner. We were concerned by the sign that said help wanted and the signs on front door warning of staff shortages. But I am happy to say it was the best service we have had anywhere in years! David was the best!!! And the food was wonderful albeit a little salty for us. 2 of us got the ribeye and the flavor, portions and quality were top notch! It was worth the drive and we will be back for sure!
Always get the double tabouli!!!! The salad is just lettuce. The staff is very friendly.
Eaten here for years, a little run down, but with the traffic of everyone who knows about this place I can see it. Best steak in Tulsa hands down. Comes with four or five courses before the amazing steak, hummus and veggies, tabouli, stuffed cabbage rolls, ribs and smoked bologna, salad, THEN dinner, amazing the whole trip. Amazing staff, our waitress has worked there 46 years and still doesn’t miss a step, friendly, knowledgeable, a staple. I’d have photos of the food, but ate it too fast! If you’re in the area, you’ve got to stop!
