Bidrage med feedbackKoch is a crazy scientist with unique taste and textures creating beautiful and healthy culinary delights. You can choose from a 7 course or 10 course. I think 7 is full enough, but I didn't want to miss anything, so ordered the 10 course when it was available on my second visit. Everything was unique, delicious, healthy and beautiful presented. Do not miss the homemade fermented sodas!
We made reservations via Instagram. Place was cozy and intimate. We had the 7-course dinner and each dish was so delicious, original and creative. A unique experience!
I'm certain the restaurant is proud of their artistic plates. The atmosphere is very cozy, with soft music and a warm ambiance. They offer a wide selection of wines.
I had dinner last night at Sapporo for the first time and tried the 10-course menu. I was incredibly impressed with the flavors and textures in each dish. The chef, who I believe is also the owner, clearly knows what he is doing. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and was tucked away in a charming neighborhood. Some of the dishes had flavors and textures that I was not expecting, such as the strong taste of wakame and konjac, but overall everything blended together beautifully. The meal started with a light carrot soup and progressed through various dishes including root vegetables, konjac, fruit, baked dishes, curry, rice, and dessert. I was particularly fond of the potato dishes, Yorkshire pudding (I think that's what it was, haha), the spring roll, and the dessert muffin. Each dish was unique and I had never experienced vegan cuisine like this before. It was truly a work of art. I will definitely be returning for another meal. Great job, Sapporo!
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. It felt like a chic shojin ryori meal at a fraction of the price and with a much more personal touch. Tonight, we were the only customers and the friendly chef served us and chatted with us all night in Japanese. The ambiance was wonderful, with beautiful lighting and music. For dinner, there were three options: a five plate meal for 2500 yen, a seven plate meal for 3500 yen, and a ten plate meal for 5000 yen. We opted for the seven plate meal but were full by the fifth plate. We also enjoyed a glass of vegan wine for an additional ~500 yen. The dishes were lovingly prepared and served on various beautiful plates, with ingredients sourced from a local farm that arrived just that evening at 6 o'clock. The food was fresh and delicious, with a variety of interesting flavors. While not every taste was to my liking, I appreciated the novelty and variety of the dishes. Despite the modest portion sizes, there was plenty of food to enjoy. The meal concluded with a unique dessert of banana bread, which was less sweet than I expected but still enjoyable. Overall, it was more than just a meal; it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
