Badaue - São Sebastião

Marvellous grilled fish with superb sauces; magic to eat so close to the sea, in a beautiful beach; nice staff, good service

Wonderful view, helpful waiters, excellent food. Had crabcake as entree and shrimp as main course. No air conditioning, so dress accordingly

Juquei beach is one of the most beautiful of SP north shore. Badaue is at the midst of it with colorful tents on sand very comfortable with chairs and tables. Service is very good (although the bar wasn't open when we arrived 10am!). We ordered a portion of fried shrimp: awesome! Big shrimps very tasteful!! It's a little expensive though (the portion R$85.00). The menu is very complete and they have rooms up from sand with a normal restaurant if you intend to have lunch or dinner there. By the way, for lunch or dinner you must try the shrimp on cachaça with tangerine sauce and alho poró risotto: the most delicious I have ever eaten!!!

Delicious meal and a very nice view from the beach. You can even stop by while you're enjoying the beach. Just have a sit, drink and eat. They have direct access from the beach to the restaurant.
