We arrived for brunch and the place wasn't full, we placed our order at the table. Unfortunately, we waited for quite a considerable time. To finish, I ordered an espresso cone and it took a long time for it to come to the table. The place has a good atmosphere, has several snack and lunch options, as well as frozen items and savory snacks. The prices are fair, our snacks were well prepared. The fries are a little oily and for some they may be a little burnt, for me, I like it that way. The bakery sector is also an excellent option, both to eat on the spot and to take home. The caveat is that the service left something to be desired. Update: we returned at a different time, in the afternoon, mid-week...simply, terrible service......it takes longer than acceptable...it's funny, how such simple requests can take so long. We arrived at 7:20 pm, placed our order at 7:25 pm, at 8:20 pm two tables that arrived around 30 minutes after our order were already eating and when I asked to check how our orders were going, they informed us that they would leave after a few 6 snacks that were on the plate. Disappointed, first time ordering a snack and they didn't tell us when it would be ready. It took an average of 15 minutes to look at each message and then, after an hour, it was announced that it would take 1 hour and a half.

The food is beautiful and very good, and there is a children's area. I will be back.
