Great Executive Room with Superb View. Excellent amenities at the restaurant with gourmet meals all around. Hospitality management trained staff to serve you. Great security and room service on the line. The VIP on the 9th floor was a pleasure and her staff here is hand selected with exceptional care for your needs. Terrace view of the city is amazing!

This is my favorite hotel in town. The food is so good. Fabiola and Luz made my checkin very pleasant with their sweet and professional demeanor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good mood!

This stay was magnificent! From the time I was greeted for check in until check out the staff and services was above par. Everyone is extremely professional, clean and courteous. The interior is to be adored, the buffet has great food choices and the rooms well suited for business and pleasure. When I return to Santo Domingo, this will be my only place to stay. Costed US$350 for 2 nights. Rooms were huge n classy. Breakfast was great- large selection of buffet. gym n pool were closed due to hurricane Fiona. con- AC in room bathroom was leaking the entire time. Not enough towels in the room for 2 considering the amount of money. Enough employees to help when you arrive. They speak English so hallelujah
