El Pasaje De Los Nobles

Within the beautiful town of Santillana de Mar, in Cantabria, we find this fantastic restaurant, where we can eat market cuisine, whether meat or fish, and typical dishes from the area. The product is great, and the staff that serves you is very friendly and attentive. The place is very well decorated, which makes you feel very comfortable. Ultimately, the combination of what you eat and how they treat you makes this restaurant a must-see.

On recommendation from the amazing team at our Hotel Altamira we booked early in the day for an 8:45pm dinner. We arrived on time and were immediately greeted and offered drinks. Sounds silly but that’s not so common! Decor was charming. Paying respect to the history of the region and done exceptionally well. Homely and welcoming. Staff were wonderful and attentive, and before we knew it, the place was full and it was smiles all round. The food was outstanding. Amazing anchovies, croquettes, beef cheek, risotto and ‘boneless ribs’ were our choices but every dish we saw looked delectable. All accompanied by a surprising wine list. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and felt lucky and glad to have experienced it. DEFINITELY BOOK! No matter the night it’s worth the extra effort. Thanks to the all the staff for an incredible evening.

Restaurante muy elegante con mucha gota para detalles. Pedimos queso, ensalada de otoño y rabia. La verdad es que todo muy bien presentado y muy rico. muy buena atención. Mejoraría algunos puntos como informar sobre los tipos de quesos que componen la mesa, evitando servirlos tan fríos (no aprecias todo su sabor) y esperando que el lugar se vacia para recoger mesas y barrer. el precio es algo alto.

Es un pequeño restaurante, muy agradable y agradable, con un personal cercano y muy profesional. hemos ordenado el menú del día (21€ y la comida era muy rica. muy buen precio de calidad.

Menú de 21 euros muy completo y todo, absolutamente todo rico. la atmósfera del lugar muy acogedor, pero si se puede mejor en los pisos superiores como abajo hay un montón de paso de la gente y es un poco incómodo. indispensable para reservar con antelación.
