Me parece un lugar muy bien adaptado y agradable para pasar un buen momento en familia y amigos, la comida me parece regular, no mala pero nada especial.

El ambiente y el lugar es muy agradable. El servicio es verdaderamente malo y la comida no tiene ningún highlight. El pay de lavanda es incomible porque es súper duro. La cazuela tiene demasiado aceite.Rescato algunas de las bebidas y las copas de vino. Creo que es un lugar que utilizar mientras entras al teatro o solo para tomar una copa o un café. Nunca lo recomendaría por los alimentos. Es complicado obtener la atención de los meseros y normalmente no tienen la mejor actitud.

El restaurante es rustico, la comida esta bien pero escasa lo que les hace falta es el servicio nadie atiende

We went here to have dinner at La Fábrica. Not sure exactly about the varying names/offerings in the building, but it seems that there may be multiple concepts sharing the space. We were happy to find live jazz the night we went; although, there was a cover for each of us even though we were eating. We sat in the "library" and had a great, old table with different dinner chairs. We had several appetizers (Camembert, Caprese, and carpaccio), shared some bigger meals (salmon, chicken panini), and drank wine (Tempranillo). Everything was really good, including the service and music. We will definitely hit this spot again, maybe for brunch next time! I do think they should consider waiving or discounting the cover for tables of diners, but it was still a great experience!

Second visit for me.. but first one in the morning and with bread!! Do recommend the bread. The coffee was not the best while the dishes were 1 ok and 1 quite good. You do need to come with patience and time. Not a"rush" place...
