Tardan una eternidad en servir. Te sientes tratado como un turista, como que les da igual porque no vas a volver. Hay sitios mucho mejor en la Plaza de Abastos.
I heard about this place from my AirBnb host, so set to midday and bought some fish and a nice piece of galic bark from the market opposite mariscomania. one of the best I saw. when I, my bag of tasty handed over to cook, they told me that it is only flesh and muddle. I bought something squid and thunfisch, but they couldn't do that so they just had the piece of bark, garnel and scallops from me. I sat down and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. everything was great, but I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rarely, but it was well cooked to the point that I couldn't eat it. I didn't say anything because what can they do, it's not like they could do another if they don't supply the food. that means I wouldn't hesitate to go back, even though I'd only catch fishing. it is euro per person to cook for them what they have, and I had a coffee for and a glass red for euro, so good.
Came into the restaurant, saw a lot of empty seats and asked where to buy the seafood. when we came back after the purchase, we were told that we had to wait for hours and not come back sooner and not later than this time. because everything is booked in advance (even if we had little simple eating to cook, and it would cook for it and eat, no more). a dam walked around, not knowing what to do, and the seats were still empty. Finally, the type told us that they cook seafood in the restaurant called meson el hispano. everything was cooked. So, if you're stuck, go there.
This was a real foundation during our stay in santiago on the fresh food market. the restaurant allows them to buy our own food and they will cook it for its unique experience because the restaurant in the mercado de Abastos complex...and its all fresh because they have selected the meal of local providers. we brought our food in the morning, left it in the restaurant and came back to lunch. with some wein too cheap trips we enjoyed a casual and pleasant couple hours. sergio was a great host and very friendly. a must in santiago.
