Fast Pizz Pizzeria - SANTERAMO IN COLLE

I was in this pizzeria for the first time after it passed to the new management and found pizzas in my opinion with non-quality ingredients. In particular in a pizza where of spicy there was nothing to feel on the tongue of the piccantino makes think little well about the freshness of mozzarella and other ingredients. Also ingredients such as nuts and grana scarce as quantity on pizza. Too bad, because the dough itself didn't seem bad at all.

We stay in the area for vacation and decide to dine in this pizzeria, the name fast probably does not come from English trad fast, but from German almost . We sit down and order at 21.15 and we served at 22.20 after two requests of reminder. I noticed that the order of reservations was not respected at all, customers arrived after us were served quickly and without waiting. My husband and I ordered a pizza, which despite the ingredients, seemed quite anonymous. My daughter ordered a Caesar salad and after an hour waiting arrived without Caesar sauce because it was over. My younger daughter ordered chicken nuggets and chips and, despite being a child and asked to serve her first, she received the order last at 10:30. Very unpleasant experience.

I ordered a pizza with: red base SENZA MOZZARELLA, icing, rocket, nuts and chips but pizzaiolo (for his choice) added the grain. Luckily I checked before eating, otherwise I would have risked big for his unsolicited gesture. I asked to remake the pizza, because I paid something I didn't order and the pizzaiolo didn't apologize to ANZI with extrafottenza told me so much the grana does nothing. But I didn't ask why you have to add it and make it pay too? It's not the first time. Another time I asked a 'orthonian without mozzarella and made me a 'orthon without sauce with mozzarella. No words!! I find it a MANCANCE of attention to the customer with allergies, intolerances or food choices.
