Starbucks - Santee

This location has the same Foods so there is no real knock on the type and flavor of the food however the customer service and as a by-product the atmosphere of this store stinks! They do not have the age-old small business motto of the customer is always right and instead go out of their way to argue with you about what you ordered and how you want it!!! I highly recommend going to any Starbucks besides this one as you will carry much better experience and have that customer is always right treatment.

Very good Starbucks, I’ve been here several times and it’s remained just as good every time. I recommend most the White hot chocolate that they have, very well made and fresh/hot. Always recommend, easy 5 stars for me.

Lovely Starbucks in Santee with great and kind staff.

Horrible, they asked my name to call for order, I said it is su and I spelled it for them. When they called for order, the woman said 'tall coffee with light cream and one sugar order '. Well, there is nothing wrong with the name it is very sweet name, you just got it as 'sue me ' which is not what the name sounds like, but since you don 't know the pronunciation and didn 't bother to clarify, you thought it is 'sue me ' you rather chose not to call by name and just shout coffee in that crowd. This action could be categorized as racism. It is sweet name and my friends and family love to call me by this name. But reading other reviews, it seems like they regularly practice this kind of behavior, and nobody cares to bother about this branch.

Horrible customer service! Called to confirm what time they closed, which was 7:30 p.m. and arrived they decided to close 15 minutes earlier. Door was locked and barista came out and refused to serve me. Will not be coming back.
