Starbucks - Santee

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with my interaction at Starbucks. I’m a local and always come to this Starbucks but this time, when I went to pay, the cashier seemed very anxious and irritated with me and when I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager and asked me to leave the store. I will not be shopping at Vons anymore due to this interaction between me and the manager. She would not give her name as she was being very rude.

Not your typical Starbucks with high-speed service, but the young lady who works there is extremely nice and provides excellent customer service; I just feel bad for her that she has to work alone, as it can get busy at times! She deserves a raise!

The barista at this location is so amazing. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. She shared such a positive upbeat attitude with me while I waited for my coffee. She was refreshing. Starbucks is super luck to have her!

Today I Walked from the bank as I needed the kennel and it was a nice day for a water. A table had a free water but no attendant. Instead I asked if Starbucks still provides a free water and Izzy responded Why yes we do! She was with a fellow employee working inventory? Any hoe she gladly asked and provided and she represented the Starbuck name well as I love my mocha and Izzy 's services with kindness and smiles.
