Pedros Mexican Santee Llc

We came near 8 a.m. on a Sunday night and it was pretty packed so we assumed it would be pretty good. Large menu selection. However, the food lacks taste. The interior of the restaurant was warm, almost to the point of discomfort. It took almost 35 minutes to get our main courses. My wife and I were glad we went because we now know where to go. Hopefully, new administration will come and make some changes because we love Mexican food.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today. Service was good but food and drinks were not. I hate to leave a bad review for anyone but they could use it. We order water and tea. Both tasted like rust. I got a coke and it was probably the best part of our visit. Chips were very stale and the food had no flavor whatsoever. It was really bland! No seasoning on anything. Hopefully they will do better but I can?t say I?ll be making a trip back for a while.

Awful dining experience! Food was bland,i mean no salt, no pepper on ceviche. I don't even know how they call it ceviche. Kids chicken fingers were so dry, old and overcooked that I would never give that to my child. Fries were soaked with grease. Waitress brought shrimp tostadas that I didn't ask for; but we still paid the full bill. I pointed out and spoke out about the tasteless food, but they were not concerned about it. Will never be back here and I would not suggest going here to anyone who knows what actual Mexican food tastes like. Horrible. Not even exaggerating

Went to Armando's again and changed my rating from 4 to 5 Stars. It wasn't as busy as last time even being Taco Tuesday again. The food was just as good (got the same meal) as our first time there. We had the same server who was just a friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why I didn't give Armando's 5 Stars the first time but I think it's well deserved and will look forward to eating there again. Stayed in a hotel nearby and didn't expect to be so pleased with Armando's. The food was good,. It happened to be Taco Tuesday. I had a vegetarian combination dinner with an extra taco. My wife had three chicken tacos with a side of rice and beans. It was all delicious. They had an excellent selection of tequila. We had two different tequila drinks which were both served in pint glasses and where perfect. Our server Aalysah was friendly, attentive and made for an excellent overall experience. Looking forward to eating there again. We have been back 3 times and enjoyed each timt

Very laid back atmosphere. Our server was great. Food was delicious. Chips and salsa were very good.
