Little Caesars Pizza - Santee

The second time this week. In any case, some improvements could be used. I ordered both times by phone to see if I would get different results. First visit, Italian cheese bread and a cheese and a pepperoni basic pizza. All published and costly cooked to order. No problems. Today 08-03-2021. Order Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, hot and ready when I came within 15 minutes. When I arrived, I had to wait outside until people came out. Get food and was out. The staff could use some encouraging words about kindness, super has not welcomed on support. Door comes and goes close to business slams, so watch out. Will return in a week or so and see if improvements can be mentioned.

The cashier said it would be 9-14 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes. One of my pepperoni pizzas was missing pepperoni. No biggie. It was really busy on a Sunday at 6pm. They?re kids, at least they had good manners and were nice.

Went there today to grab a pizza i waited 20 minutes to get one pepperoni pizza people just walking in grab pizza. Had my car running with kids 20 minutes for one pizza. The pizza look like old and half was empty and dry for waiting 20 minutes not worth it.

While extremely busy, this place has impressed me over the years. Just recently, I ordered online and went to go pick up my order in-store. While I was waiting in line, Pziphora, who was working the front register, was expertly handling extremely rude customers, one after another. She kept her professionalism and cool, all while assisting the other workers in the back and managing orders. When my order was ready, she even came outside where I was waiting and hand-delivered my order to me. I felt this level of customer care deserved to be acknowledged! The food was also great too, as always, and the BBQ wings are especially delicious!

Absolute WORST service of any fast food restaurant i?ve ever been too. While waiting, a gentleman came in complaining about hair in his food, and as he walked out a boy in the kitchen says ?there are way too many ?karen?s? that come in here?. OUT LOUD. which is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I Waited 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, and eventually asked if it was going to be ready soon. The lady told me it was coming out now, so i waited about 5 more minutes, then she came back and said ?it?s going to be about 10 more minutes, it?s being put in now?. At this point i was getting very impatient as i have a child at home waiting for dinner that should?ve been home 20 minutes ago. I spoke with the manager who was very kind and gave me a refund, but as for the rest of the staff... sad excuse for professional employees. I recommend going to literally any other location.
