Amazing service, impeccable food and a beautiful atmosphere. Go with the cooking recommendations a mixture of sushi. The mochi should die.

Absolutely delicious sushi, wonderful atmosphere, great service. Without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in Santarém.

I don't eat fish, meat or milk products, but Bambu was happy to serve me and even made a special sushi roll for me that was delicious! I had the veggie gyozas, edamame and sushi and it was all great. They have amazing cocktails, wine, and also stunning. The service was top-notch, very friendly and helpful, something I am not used to come in Portugal. My meal with a glass of wine was 20€ so a bit splurgical, but it was totally worth it! Especially recommended if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Was in Santarem for a holiday so most things were closed. This place was open and the food was good. A little too much reliance on the Cream Cheese and Philly roll goodness. Still, I thought it was quite tasty. Decent sushi if you want...something other than Portuguese food.
