This is a farm to table restaurant/butcher shop. Their steak offering at the restaurant is know around the area. The butcher shop offer home made sausages and all the choice cuts you want if you are in the mood to make your own meal. Rustic and friendly atmosphere with good service. They offer excellent local wine choices to go with your choice meat. Local chili pepper is one of the items you will find accompanying your order, they hang them up to dry them a little (not to a completely dry state), then serve them deep dried, like a crunchy snack. They are more paprika like in flavor without the extreme hotness you find in other chili peppers. Highly recommend to stop by for a bistecca.
