I'm really surprised to see any negative reviews of Dolce Mania as I've always been really pleased with their pastries. Two of my favourites are the ricotta filled brioche it's dusted in powder sugar but what makes it stand out is that is the caramelised sugar which makes it slightly crunchy. The other is the black rice biscuit which goes well with tea. The mignon are classic and also very tasty.
