Selvarium Ecotienda - Santander

From June 2022, this is the only fully vegan or even vegetarian restaurant in Barichara. The meal of the day currently costs 20,000 pesos. Today it included a glass of fruit juice (pineapple with mint), the main plate, rice with roasted almonds, mixed salad, lentil patties and squash with curry.
