Orsay - Santander

We had dinner at this place as it was near our hotel. the reason we chose it was that the place next door looked almost full, but this place was almost empty, so we felt sorry and gave him our business. (We...often do this and most times were pleasantly surprised) you can be deceptive and the young, who served a bit on the rough side (can be ex-sail or two) and the furniture/decor a little dated, but all the staff were friendly, especially the young man who served us. eating was much better than we hoped, and for the money we thought it was excellent. bottle cooled house red I was thinking and was quite drinkable. You can't say fairer than that. high point was the chocolate cake, which was quite super and we were not stopped from serving it at a place twice as much. good firm place.

The place is really close to the beach and the price is about half the ones that beside the beach. first I must say that santander is not a heap city, so expect nothing below a certain price. the bravado are ok, although the sauce is tinted. the mejillones marinera are decent and we were satisfied with them and the rana’s were good, obviously nothing top of the series, but had a taste. because we were looking for a place to get a quick bite, it was okay. it is not a Ponsh restaurant and it did not look like a place to go for the daily menu, but a caffe for a quick bite and a coffee before or after some time to spend on the beach.

Eating is old, reheated and simply not healthy. we wanted to change and it was the same quality.

Éramos hace una semana, y la verdad de que el precio de calidad es razonable, servicio rápido y buenos camareros, pero la comida no es tirar cuetes, ni bueno ni malo, te permite comer. Si estás en la playa y no quieres gastar mucho dinero en comer, puedes venir, pero no esperes grandes delicias.
