Bidrage med feedbackGot there around 4pm and they were happy to accommodate for a party of 10 which was very convenient. The happy hour was from 3-5 and we ordered near enough the entire menu, each dish was unique and had great flavors! The smoked wings paired with the white bbq sauce was a definitely winner for us. Really enjoyed this spot and loved the affordability of happy hour. Our server was great too! Look forward to coming back.
The food was AHmazing! The elote dip was surprisingly unbelievable and my husband said the burger was the best he’d ever had. I got the tuna poke which was equally yummy as well as the gulf fish of the day which was the blackened mahi-mahi. The potatoes and that leek crawfish ragout with the brown butter muniere was delectable. Makes so much sense that the chef worked at Commanders Palace in New Orleans! Cocktails and wine were great as well was their liquor selection. Only complaint was the host saying that they couldn’t seat us inside until 8 for a 5:45 reservation that was made weeks ago. Seemed like he was annoyed that we weren’t content with sitting outside, with it being hot. Other than that, the service at the bar was excellent, seemed like an owner, if not, the best bartender ever who knew the menu extremely well. 9/10 if it wasn’t for the snooty host!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free options!
Our son and daughter in law recommended we grab brunch at Blue Mabel during a recent Florida trip to visit them and our grandson. We were not disappointed!Located in Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mabel is a unique find with fantastic food and drinks. We initially sat outside but moved inside due to the heat. Our waiter was more than accommodating. Before we moved indoors, all five of us shared two orders of Bonuts . These were so moist and very tasty. They are decadent tasting balls and arrived on an oblong dish and were about 1 to 2 inches in diameter. They came four to a dish and sat in a dollop of hibiscus berry jam. They were dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with a mild lemon cream sauce. So very good. I really liked the texture of the jam in conjunction with the Bonuts as I could taste the seeds in the jam. We all ordered drinks: I ordered an orange juice Mimosa, my wife ordered the cocktail Pardon Me Dolly which consisted of vodka, strawberry puree, and lemon juice with a sugared rim. Our daughter ordered the Blue Mountain **** Mary , which consisted of vodka, Blue Mabel 's smokehouse mary mix, pickled okra, chicharron, bacon, pork belly, and burnt brisket ends with a sriracha salted rim. She said it was absolutely fantastic. We may have ordered a second round... ; )After moving inside, our main courses arrived. I ordered the Wake Up Burger which consisted of 2 short rib brisket patties, cheddar cheese, griddled onions, pickles, an over easy egg, smoked bacon and hollandaise. It was served on a brioche roll with french fries. Absolutely fantastic. My wife and daughter both ordered the Cowgirl Keto Bowl and added brisket burnt ends. Their dish came with crispy Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, garlic roasted peppers, roasted greens (I believe kale), grilled avocado, and sunny side eggs. They both loved their orders. This was a great experience shared with family and highly recommended. Our waiter was attentive but not overly so and graciously tended to our ask to move inside to escape the heat.Highly recommended!!
This was our first visit to Blue Mabel. Made our reservation online and they got us seated within a few minutes after arriving. The service and food were very good. Nice to find a place that cares more about their food quality rather than tshirt sales.
We went for brunch with 4 adults, 1 eight year old and one 2 year old. The staff was very accommodating to the children. The service was excellent and the menu offered generous portions of delicious food. The poutine, bene, crab smash, wake up burger and brisket hash were outstanding. The brisket is very tasty.
