Worth Our Weight - Santa Rosa

My Mother's Day breakfast was fantastic. We went, knowing about the program, and ready to accept uneven service or some mishaps, as it's an apprenticeship restaurant where young people learn culinary and hospitality skills. Instead, we received much more than we expected outstanding service (not perfect, but still wonderful because of the professional, friendly and observant attitude of the server). And the food! Beautiful presentation, perfectly cooked and prepared, and creative, tasty, fresh and healthy! This experience turned out to be much more than we expected. Thank you, Worth Our Weight! What a tremendous community asset you are!

Well operated apprentice food service restaurant. Staff is eager to assist and serve. Food is delivered on-time and taste is good ... comfort food plus! Reasonable prices and convenient location. Great local restaurant and local support.

I had the fried chicken and waffles, and it was fantastic! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the waffles were sweet and paired beautifully with the chicken. Delicious!

The dining room was quite hot; although there seemed to be a fan, I didn’t feel any airflow. My eggs were slightly undercooked, but the Hollandaise sauce was delicious. I ordered an iced drink from the menu but received an Arnold Palmer instead. While I enjoyed it, I would have preferred to avoid the extra calories and sugar, so it would be helpful if the menu clearly indicated that it was an Arnold Palmer. I only found out it contained lemonade after asking what type of tea it was. It's unfortunate that the dining area isn't larger or better ventilated. I wish them all the best moving forward. The service was good, and everyone was very friendly. We parked on the street, which was easy, as the parking lot is quite small.

We had a lovely combined Mother’s Day and Father’s Day brunch. The service was friendly and efficient, and while the menu was compact, it catered to appetites of all ages, from infants to seniors, and offered options for various dietary restrictions. We hope to visit Santa Pink again soon!
