What a treat this lunch was! Came here from the coast and was craving some pho and boba tea! Soooo good!!!!! Gotta come by and try the steak and brisket pho and passion fruit boba tea

I thought the service was fantastic, they are attentive and very busy. The food tasted like good quality however I was very disappointed that many of my shrimp were not cleaned properly, the digestive tract was still intact and it was off putting

The lemongrass grilled chicken spring rolls are my favorite. The patio is lovely when the weather is nice enough to eat outside. Very friendly staff and quick food prep. Simply Vietnam has been a long time favorite, since they were on Dutton way back when.

I love Vietnamese food and this place delivers pretty well for the region. The bhan mi was tasty the right bread and quality meat with all of the pickled veggies you'd expect, plus the mayo sauce was better than average. The beef and onion plate was pretty generous and very flavorful. We also got spring rolls, which could be a meal by themselves. The Vietnamese coffee was not individually made, but it was cold and sweet. They have a pick up window which could be handy, and in house dining was spacious and clean. We thought the prices were a bit high, but the quality was consistent so I think that's how it goes these days.

Simply Vietnam is simply delicious. Every dish l've tried so far has had such amazing flavors. I actually had to come back twice in a week. Definitely the new spot, amazing Asian food! They even have a to-go window that makes it easy to just drive up and get your food on the go!
