Sazón Authentic Peruvian Cuisine

Fantastic lunch with friendly service. Lomo Salado Beef was amazing. The burger is one of my favorites in Santa Rosa.

My wife and I are both huge Peruvian food fans, and this excellent establishment did not disappoint. We both got beef and chicken saltado, and it was perfect! The service was equally good.

Great Peruvian restaurant that makes well prepared delicious and fresh food. Staff was very friendly, constantly checking to make sure everything was good. We had lunch, but they also have a deli that serves sandwiches, salads

Best Peruvian cuisine I’ve had in the states! We started with the delicious papa rellena. The pickled red onion was incredible. I had the Adobo de Chancho and the pork was absolutely mouth-watering, the sweet potato roasted to perfection, and perfectly seasoned rice and beans. I also enjoyed trying the Lomo Saltado that my partner ordered. The beef was excellent.

I would give Sazón 6 stars if I could. Everything was excellent. The quality and freshness of the food was wonderful. The execution was on point. The service was stellar and friendly. I will absolutely eat here again. Peruvian Perfection.
