Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Rosa

Had the worst experience last night. A young lady with brown hair and glasses behind the counter was absolutely and indescribably rude. She had the audacity to roll her eyes when I asked for sauce she had charged me for and had forgotten to give me. Next time she?s there I will talk to her manager INFRONT of her because that is unacceptable as a customer service worker.

I gave them two starts because they do have great customer service but they can't seem to get an order right, The first pizza gave me was wrong tonight so he told I could keep, and he would make another one, then second one was wrong. I decided against going back a second time and just kept it. The pizza is very low quality, it even had a burned taste to it and the cheese tasted like plastic. I say go if you are looking for great customer service but expect bad pizza, and it is now expensive .

Little Caesars Pizza has a great portal to order pizza , if you want to skip the line. Pizza has gone up in price but it's still cheaper than most places. It's the only pizza my grandson will eat. I love the stuffed breadsticks!

There is the old saying you get what you pay for and Little Caesars is the perfect example of getting a $6 pizza. Its not bad by any means. It will feed a crowd and fill your stomach just dont expect gourmet cuisine

Their prices are almost as high as round tables'. It's no longer in the category of budget pizza chain in my book.
