Bidrage med feedbackReally young crowd the saturday i went. Loved the bartender outside and the guy taking food orders at the side window. The KJ was really nice and the crowd was fun and interactive with the singers. Downfall is that it does get really crowded and the younger crowd tends to walk in cursive a lot so ya get run into. Over all a pleasant experience and would go again.
If you plan to visit for karaoke, don't forget to bring your ID! The security is very strict, which is a good thing in a college town. Once you're inside, the vibe is fantastic, the bartenders are exceptional, and the drink prices are pretty standard for the area. If you're looking for a karaoke spot, you could do a lot worse than this place. If you're nearby, definitely check it out!
The atmosphere was quite eclectic, enhanced by flat-screen TVs, making it an ideal pub setting. Despite the chaos of what is likely one of their busiest days of the year, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only minor complaint is that when I ordered a whiskey and Coke, they initially just brought me a whiskey. I’m sure they would have corrected it had I mentioned it, but I didn’t feel the need to pursue it further. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
This is an excellent bar with a welcoming staff and fantastic food. There are plenty of pool tables and a dartboard to enjoy while you're there. It's definitely one of the best bars in the area!
Friars has always been one of my favorite pubs. It boasts a welcoming bar, friendly staff, and excellent service. We hosted an event there, and the team was fantastic, providing plenty of space for everyone. Children are welcome until 9 PM, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings. Plus, they have a pretty good pub dog!
