Ace's is no longer in service. Its been replaced by something called Cafe 88.
This was a lot of freaking food for only 12 bucks !!I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and my wife got the BLT.Both were bigger and better than expected.First the Steak Sandwich. Certainly not the best I've ever had but for quick service at a casino it was far better than expected and less expensive than most others that were less quality than this. The roll was a proper roll, may not be Amoroso's but if it's not, it's close. The meat was very well seasoned and chopped properly and the cheese was melted well. I would only ask for one thing, and that is more hot and sweet peppers. Other than that is was a great sandwich served nice and hot.Next, the BLT. This was another unexpected surprise. This sandwich was huge compared to many other BLTs that we've ordered. The bacon was thick, crispy, and extremely flavorful. The lettuce and tomato were crispy and fresh as well. The bread was nicely toasted with a light layer of mayo. Seriously one of the bigger and better BLTs we've had. Both sandwiches include a drink and a bag of chips to make the deal even better.I can't wait to try the other menu items when I return.*New*Follow @WhatsEatingMoTwitter IG YouTubeSubscribe to the Podcast
Rude employees, I love the food but not the people that works there. They need better customer service, no wonder no one goes there.
Not recommended. I entered Graton and realized I was hungry, so I headed to the food court. I took a look around and decided the breakfast sandwiches at Aces sounded great. The line starts across the aisle-way and proceeds down the seating area (it is like this for each restaurant in the food court . The gentleman helping was very friendly and took my order quickly and correctly. My receipt showed I ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich. I decided to get a coffee at Starbucks while I waited, and about 15 minutes later I was back at Aces. My order was still not ready. I waited another 5 minutes and noticed that a ham and a sausage breakfast sandwich were sitting there. The chef then grabbed them back, swapped the meats (what the heck? and placed them back out. The ladies serving the food handed the person who came after me the sausage sandwich and then left the ham. I asked about my order (because it had been 20+ minutes now and she said oh, this is yours, and handed me the ham sandwich. I said sorry but I ordered sausage, here's my receipt. She was so confused and proceeded to argue with me that this was my order. I said never mind, I will just take the ham, but then realized it was cold. I decided I would just wait for a fresh sandwich, and what I ordered. She huffed and went back to the cook, who then peeked out, pointed, she nodded, he huffed and angrily threw the sandwich in the trash and started making the correct item. She came back out and said it would be a few minutes. I asked for a manager at this point. She huffed again and walked away to call the manager. He came out fairly quickly, I explained what happened and what I witnessed, and refunded my money and apologized. The sandwich was ready now and so I thanked the manager and sat down to eat my sandwich. WORST THING I HAVE EVER HAD! It was so greasy I couldn't even eat it. There was no point in complaining any farther (I had already gotten my money back . I ate maybe a quarter of it and threw it away. When I got home later that afternoon, I ended up throwing up all night. Not sure if it was food poisoning or just my body rejecting the large amount of grease in the few bites I took, but I will never ever eat here again. Horrible service and even more disappointing food.
